des \u00e9l\u00e9ments m\u00e9talliques et m\u00e9tallo\u00efdes permet d\u2019\u00e9tudier les interactions entre les compartiments de la zone critique, notamment de\u00a0quantifier\u00a0l\u2019intensit\u00e9 des\u00a0processus d&#8217;alt\u00e9ration continentale et le r\u00f4le des for\u00e7ages naturels et\/ou anthropiques.\u00a0Coupl\u00e9e \u00e0 l&#8217;utilisation de mod\u00e8les allant de simples bilans\u00a0de masse \u00e0 des mod\u00e8les de transport r\u00e9actif multi-composants, cette information isotopique permet d\u2019\u00e9tudier le transfert d&#8217;\u00e9l\u00e9ments au cours de la\u00a0p\u00e9dogen\u00e8se et plus largement lors des grands cycles d\u2019alt\u00e9ration continentale.<\/p>\n<p>Les travaux sont men\u00e9s 1) en\u00a0conditions contr\u00f4l\u00e9es afin de d\u00e9terminer la magnitude des fractionnements isotopiques lors de r\u00e9actions chimiques majeures, et 2)\u00a0en contexte naturel\u00a0pour pr\u00e9ciser, par exemple, les \u00e9pisodes et m\u00e9canismes d\u2019alt\u00e9ration majeurs ayant conduit \u00e0 la formation des profils lat\u00e9ritiques ainsi que l\u2019\u00e2ge de ces \u00e9pisodes (d\u00e9veloppement de la mesure des s\u00e9ries de l\u2019Uranium) et les conditions pal\u00e9o-environnementales qui pr\u00e9valaient.<\/p>\n<p>Ces approches sont aussi d\u00e9velopp\u00e9es en milieu tropical sous for\u00e7age anthropique minier, climatique ou agricole pour contraindre la dynamique d\u2019\u00e9l\u00e9ments potentiellement toxiques (Cr, Ni, Cd), ainsi qu\u2019en milieu fortement carbonat\u00e9, pour comprendre les m\u00e9canismes d\u2019alt\u00e9ration des carbonates et leur impact sur la chimie des hydrosyst\u00e8mes
