est une composante cl\u00e9 du syst\u00e8me climatique actuel et pass\u00e9. Plus particuli\u00e8rement, la plupart des travaux pr\u00e9c\u00e9dents ont mis en \u00e9vidence des changements des masses d\u2019eau de surface et profonde, mais peu d\u2019enregistrements renseignent les masses d\u2019eau interm\u00e9diaires malgr\u00e9 leur r\u00f4le pr\u00e9pond\u00e9rant dans les transferts de sel et de chaleur \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9chelle des cycles glaciaires-interglaciaires et des \u00e9v\u00e9nements abrupts. Nous nous employons donc \u00e0 documenter la variabilit\u00e9 des masses d\u2019eau interm\u00e9diaires et des flux d\u2019eau, de chaleur et de sel associ\u00e9s au niveau de 2 r\u00e9gions cl\u00e9s du syst\u00e8me climatique actuel\u00a0: i) l&#8217;Atlantique Nord, et ses relations avec la Mer M\u00e9diterran\u00e9e, dans le contexte du changement actuel et futur du syst\u00e8me de circulation oc\u00e9anique m\u00e9ridienne dite \u00ab\u00a0AMOC\u00a0\u00bb, et de l\u2019impact sur le climat nord europ\u00e9en, ii) au Nord de l\u2019Oc\u00e9an Indien (Baie du Bengale et Mer d\u2019Arabie), en relation avec l\u2019Oc\u00e9an Austral et iii) en Mer de Chine du Sud. Notre \u00e9quipe s\u2019int\u00e9resse \u00e0 la reconstitution des variations de la circulation depuis l\u2019\u00e9chelle centennale jusqu\u2019aux cycles glaciaires-interglaciaires, par l\u2019\u00e9tude de la composition min\u00e9ralogique (argiles, teneur en CaCO<sub>3<\/sub>\u2026) et g\u00e9ochimique (rapports \u00e9l\u00e9mentaires, g\u00e9ochimie isotopique) des s\u00e9diments marins et de leur fraction biog\u00e9nique (coraux, foraminif\u00e8res). Afin de mieux contraindre ces variations dans le pass\u00e9, les enregistrements doivent s\u2019appuyer sur des outils g\u00e9ochimiques dont les variations sont bien connues\u00a0; l\u2019un des aspects forts de nos travaux de recherche est la calibration des traceurs, par l\u2019\u00e9tude de la relation entre param\u00e8tre environnemental et proxy g\u00e9ochimique dans les conditions modernes (eau de mer actuelle, foraminif\u00e8res vivants\u2026).<\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"fusion-text fusion-text-2\"><p><strong>Objectifs du Th\u00e8me<\/strong>\u00a0: Nos recherches visent d\u2019une part \u00e0 am\u00e9liorer notre connaissance de l\u2019hydrologie de la M\u00e9diterran\u00e9e et de la marge europ\u00e9enne afin de restituer l\u2019AMOC et d\u2019autre part \u00e0 mieux comprendre les changements de circulation dans l\u2019Oc\u00e9an Indien et l\u2019Oc\u00e9an Austral.<\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"fusion-text fusion-text-3\"><p><strong>Liste Permanents\/Non permanents\u00a0:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>C.
