s\u00e9diments pr\u00e9sents dans les bassins s\u00e9dimentaires renseigne sur un cycle s\u00e9dimentaire complet incluant zone de production de s\u00e9diment, transit\/recyclage et d\u00e9p\u00f4t. La caract\u00e9risation des \u00e9l\u00e9ments de ce cycle permet de d\u00e9finir les param\u00e8tres for\u00e7ant incluant la pal\u00e9og\u00e9ographie, la d\u00e9formation, le climat, la morphologie des surfaces, les environnements de d\u00e9p\u00f4t ou l\u2019espace disponible \u00e0 la s\u00e9dimentation. Nous d\u00e9veloppons diff\u00e9rentes m\u00e9thodes pour appr\u00e9hender ce cycle et ainsi mieux reconstituer l\u2019\u00e9volution des surfaces et d\u00e9finir les facteurs de contr\u00f4le de premier ordre. Ainsi (1) la quantification de l\u2019\u00e9rosion est d\u00e9termin\u00e9e dans les zones sources par la thermochronologie basse temp\u00e9rature (traces de fission sur apatite) dans des contextes g\u00e9odynamiques de faible d\u00e9formation. (2) La nature des zones sources et le tra\u00e7age s\u00e9dimentaire sont reconstitu\u00e9s par l\u2019\u00e9tude des min\u00e9raux lourds (caract\u00e9risation min\u00e9ralogique et datation U-Pb des zircons d\u00e9tritiques).
